Dr. Hanna has previously worked in both shelters and private practice and says she’s excited to be at HPA, “because of the great work this organization does for both animals and the community at large. It’s a great opportunity to help at risk animal populations, which in turn helps the community.”
Dr. Hanna is Canadian, but moved to the USA in 2004. She graduated from TAMU College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Go Aggies! Her love of animals extends home with two dogs and three cats of her own. She and her husband say they have a full house-hold, but we know there’s always room for fosters, right?
Fun Fact: She is currently taking French lessons as she says she didn’t pay attention to school as much as she should have when she lived in Canada.
