At the end of November, a severe plumbing leak caused sewage to back up and flood into our dog isolation rooms (luckily no animals were in there at the time). After we thought it had been fixed, a subsequent leakage caused additional, worse flooding into our surgery suite and other rooms, damaging vital equipment and threatening our ability to care for the animals who need us most. This isn’t just a repair bill—it’s a crisis that puts lives at risk.
