Update: Hooligan has been adopted and is finishing his recovery in his loving forever home.

Hooligan was picked up as a stray and had a few huge wounds that seemed a few days old. It is suspected that he got swiped by a car, but luckily none of his limbs appear to be broken.
Though his condition certainly isn’t comfortable, Hooligan’s spirits haven’t wavered. He is putting on a brave face, has great manners, gets along with other dogs, and even goes belly up around kitties!
Now that he’s safe in HPA! foster care, he is healing in the comfort of a loving home and not the stressful shelter environment. Can you help cover his care and help Hooligan heal?
