On March 30th, for 11 years, Houston Pets Alive! has been saving at-risk animals and giving them a second chance at life. To celebrate this milestone, we’re asking for 111 compassionate people to commit to $11 a month to sustain our life-saving work. By joining our Paw Partners monthly giving program, you’ll help ensure we can respond immediately when animals need us most. Why Monthly Giving Matters

Sally was rescued from a partner shelter after arriving with a severe open wound on her side and leg. While her wound had already been treated, she still faced a long road to recovery — one that required extensive patience, resources, and loving care.
When Squiggles arrived at HPA!, her tiny body was covered in painful, crusted sores from severe, untreated mange. She had both sarcoptic and demodex mange, leaving her skin raw, inflamed, and incredibly painful. She was at-risk, in desperate need of medical care, and without immediate treatment, her suffering would have only worsened.
Thanks to past support from donors like you, we were able to say “yes” to Sally and Squiggles and give them the time and comfort they needed to heal.
